Chef Lee’s signature dishes are on the menu once again! And with this month’s Chef Lee Specials, Manila Pavilion Hotel brings back the original and unique culinary creations of Cantonese-Malaysian flavors for which Peony Garden is known for.
Popular Chef Lee dishes to look forward to this month: Kaw Chee Golden Shark’s Fin; Braised Pigeon with Golden Garlic; Braised Crab with Onion Leeks; Eve Noodle with Seafood Wong Man; Braised Roast Pork with Bean Curd and Double Boiled Abalone.
Servings are meant for sharing and they come in small, medium and large sizes. Peony Garden is open daily. Lunch starts at 11:30 am to 2:30 pm while dinner is at 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
You may choose among our three private rooms for that particular occasion: Peach – for a group of 10 persons, Lotus - for a group of 12 and Sunflower – for a group of 15 persons.
