Top hotels, resorts and food establishments gathered for this biennial competition, participating in various challenges that put culinary skill and artistry to the test. Garnering numerous awards in different categories, Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino earned a Gold with Distinction award (the event’s highest recognition) for the Table Setting category, executing an original concept by its very own General Manager, Marco Protacio, who believes that excellent food quality and service should also come with creative brilliance.
