Yes, once you have achieved the requirements needed for the Ambassador membership, your account will be automatically upgraded.
For transactions to be credited to respective accounts, members are required to present their Salute Loyalty Program cards prior to transaction or purchase of food and beverage, rooms and banquet. You will receive an account statement that summarizes the individual member’s earnings. Activity Statements are sent to the member’s preferred mailing address. Active members will also receive Salute newsletters and other correspondents or materials of interest such as program updates and notification of special promotions. You can also track all your earnings and other account information thru the website at www.waterfronthotels.com.ph
Salute points have no cash value, and are only convertible to gift certificates. Points are strictly for redeeming of reward items. However, Waterfront Hotels and Casinos gift certificates may be used as payment for transactions in participating outlets.
Salute Loyalty Program members enjoy exclusive Waterfront Hotels and Casinos privileges: Discounts on Airport Transfers, Valet Service, Business Center Amenities and Travel Package Benefits.
Salute points never expire. They remain intact and untouched in your account until you redeem items in the program. However, if your account does not move within a 12-month period, Waterfront Hotels and Casinos reserve the discretion to remove the account from the program. In the event that the Hotel terminates the program, all members will be receiving a notice of program termination to redeem all their points.
