The premier 18th floor has 24 enhanced guest rooms and suites with classy, modern amenities designed for utmost convenience and a new, two-floor Club Lounge built exclusively for the floor's guests. Our Club Lounge is the ultimate complement to every guest's stay on the 18th floor. It makes our guests feel at home, but with the added benefits of personalized service. It serves complimentary upgraded continental breakfast, all-day beverages and cocktails hours from 5:00-7:00 PM daily.

Guests also enjoy the convenience of our office amenities like, facsimile and printing services and a well-appointed boardroom in the Lounge that fits a group of up to eight people, equipped with a built-in LCD projector, roll-up screen, PA and recording system, Local Area Network and a poly communication system. In the 2nd floor Lounge, guests can make use of our three computer stations with one hour of complimentary WiFi access, flat-screen television entertainment, a variety of lifestyle and business magazines, newspapers and even board games for those in-between moments.

As for exclusive service, we have a whole team just to serve you. The Butler Service Team of the Front Office is the dedicated team that takes care of everything our guests need on the Ambassador floor. From the basic to the whimsical, this team is ready to serve anytime of the day. Our guests also get privileged services like, express check-in and check-out, complimentary airport transfers, use of gym facilities and complimentary daily pressing of one suit and even a shoe shine!
