As world travelers, we were very impressed by so much selection of food during the meals especially breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.

my stays at waterfront have being nothing but a great experience , hassel free ,everything is done for you, as the management and staff go out of there way to help with none hotel issues also, i have stayed several times at waterfront mactan and will continue to do so ,

WE STAYED FROM APRIL 22-25. CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE & THE ROOMS WERE SMOKING ROOMS AS REQUESTED. MAYBE NEED TO CHANGE TV TO LCD UNIT. BUFFET BREAKFAST AT UNO IS GREAT WITH LOTS OF VARIETIES & OPTIONS. ITALIAN DINNER AT La Gondola IS DELICIOUS & REASONABLY PRICED. TAXI TO NEARBY SM MALL, AYALA CENTER, MANGO SQUARE ONLY ABOUT PHP100 (US2) PLUS TIPS. TAXIS IS READILY AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL & ALWAYS USE METER. OVERALL THE MANAGEMENT & STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY THERE AGAIN & WOULD RECOMMEND TO FELLOW TRAVELERS.

we have stayed here several times and love the suites, especially the luxurious bathrooms and the spacious family room. This hotel will always be our first choice for Cebu.
