Inclusions:

Conditions:
- The Hotel reserves the right to allocate room-types depending on the rooms availability.
- The Client shall provide initial room requirements to the sales person.
- The Hotel shall inform the Client the number of rooms allocated per room type with the corresponding room rate.
- The rates above shall only be applicable on the inclusive dates of the event, any prior or extension bookings are subject to rate and room availability.
- Any increase in the guaranteed room nights is subject to room and rate availability.
Reservation Procedure:
- All room bookings will be made by the organizers and must be coursed through the designated Sales Person for proper monitoring.
- Rooms will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM onwards and you may check-out until 12:00 Noon. Requests for early check-in from 6:00 AM onwards or late check-out until 6:00 PM may be arranged, subject to availability, and with a corresponding fee of PHP 1,000.00 per request. Should you require immediate access to your room upon arrival date. Similarly, should you require guaranteed late check-out, booking an additional night will assure you of your continued stay until your late departure.
No show/Cancellation Policy:
For any No Show on agreed arrival date or cancellations made after the cut-off date, the Hotel will charge the total estimated room charges for the whole duration of the booking.
Room Concession:
- The Hotel will extend One (1) complimentary room for every Twenty Five (25) paid room for a maximum of 4 rooms.
- All complimentary rooms are not inclusive of meals
Airport Transfers:
- The hotel can arrange for your airport pick-up or drop-off with corresponding charge. Prior arrangements is required.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
The Hotel shall require deposit and full payment according to the schedule set below:

Additional charges incurred during the stay such as Guest Room, Food & Beverage, Banquet, and all other related charges, shall be settled by cash or acceptable credit cards only (any form of cheque is not allowed). |
If applicable, the Client should provide a copy of the Certificate of Withholding Tax (BIR 2307) together with the payment.
The following modes of payments are accepted:
- Credit card payment – Upon confirmation, the Hotel will provide a secure weblink for online credit card charging through Asiapay.

Bank fees may apply and will be shouldered by the Client. Once amount has been deposited, please send a copy of the deposit slip or transaction confirmation to your Sales Account Manager for verification.
