- Membership card and vouchers are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
- To become a member, a customer must duly accomplish the sign up form through the manner determined by Waterfront Hotels & Casinos.
- Select vouchers are transferable. Transferable vouchers should be surrendered upon claiming.
- For non-transferable vouchers, members must present the membership card together with the vouchers.
- The hotel will not be liable for lost and unavailed vouchers.
- Vouchers are not convertible to cash and a no-refund policy shall be implemented.
- Multiple vouchers can be used in one transaction but cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
- For room vouchers, reservations are required. Booking and charges must be made at least three (3) days prior to check-in date. Guests must present the vouchers upon check-in.
- In the event of a no-show, the vouchers used for the reservation shall have been deemed used and invalidated.
- F&B and Citigym discount vouchers is exclusive of government taxes and service charge.
- Any amount in excess of the value indicated in the Gift Certificates including incidentals shall be paid by the bearer.
- Expired Gift Certificates will not be honored.
- Membership discount and vouchers are not valid in conjunction with current promotions, packages, discounts, or other special hotel offerings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is greater.
