Waterfront Cebu City Casino Hotel Incorporated (WCCCHI)

Registered on September 1994, WCCCHI achieved a milestone on January 1998 when it initially opened with 158 guest rooms and completely expanded to 560 rooms by the last quarter of 1999. It houses a six-storey international convention center which is a favorite venue for big conferences and conventions. In addition to this is its six-story Entertainment Block which also includes the Casino Complex operated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Waterfront Mactan Casino Hotel Incorporated

Located just right across Mactan International Airport, WMCHI was incorporated on September 1994. Aside from its 167 guest rooms and suites, the hotel features one of the largest casinos in the country.

Waterfront Promotions Ltd. (WPL)

WPL was incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands to promote Waterfront Hotels and Casinos in the international market. WPL organizes groups of foreign players as participants in the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) Foreign High roller Marketing Program.

Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao (WIHD)

The prestigious business hotel that lies in a sprawling garden setting is only 15 minutes away from downtown Davao. Nestled along the picturesque Davao Gulf, its open air corridors provide a refreshing view of the hotel’s elegantly landscaped tropical garden and the sea. Suites and guest rooms with tastefully done interiors, and equipped with luxurious amenities, overlook done interiors, and equipped with luxurious amenities, overlook lush gardens, the beach, the swimming pool and towering coconuts.

Mayo Bonanza, Inc. (MAYO)

A 40% subsidiary of Waterfront Philippines Inc. was incorporated in November 1995 in the Philippines with principal activities in the operation and management of amusement, entertainment and recreation businesses.

Waterfront Hotel Management Corporation

This corporation consists of a senior management team of Filipino expatriates with extensive working experience in hotels outside the country. The objective is to manage other local and independent hotels with immense expertise. This subsidiary has invested heavily in training and operating manuals, a necessary social preparation for its goal of establishing an all-Filipino chain of hotels.

Waterfront Food Concepts, Inc. (WFC)

This company is solely created to oversee and perfect the operations of all food and beverage outlets of the Hotels. Incorporated on January 26, 2004, part of its essential responsibility is to improve individual brand equities. The dream of this company is to establish new brand names and restaurant concepts in other places in the Philippines and soon in Asia.

Club Waterfront International Limited, Inc. (CWIL)

CWIL was primarily established for the international marketing and promotion of hotels and casinos. The company is solely created for international gaming operation.

Waterfront Wellness Group, Inc.

Waterfront Wellness Group, Inc. was incorporated on January 26, 2006 to engage in, conduct and carry on the general business of sporting and other recreational activities. It started operations on May 1, 2006 with top-of-the-line equipment and amenities. It also offers in-house maaage for guests staying in WCCCHI.

Acesite Phils Hotel Corp. (APHC)

APHC was incorporated on October 10, 1952 and commenced commercial operations on March 1968. On February 17, 2003, the Company acquired 75% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of APHC. APHC owns and operates the Manila Pavilion, a 509-room hotel with casino located in the heart of Metro Manila.

Waterfront Horizon Corporation

WPI has successfully established the country’s first ever integrated hotel reservations and booking system featuring a full-service, round-the-clock, 7 days a week Central Reservation Office. This service ranges from systems and solutions specializing in the operations hotel framework. It offers specialize hotel consultancy services to hotel owners, operators, brands, developers, lenders and investors with the support of hand-picked networks of experts covering all elements of the hotel or hospitality business within a global perspective.

Waterfront Cebu Ventures, Inc.

Waterfront Cebu Ventures, Inc. was incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on August 24, 2018 primarily to carry on the businees of an investment holding company.

The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waterfront Philippines, Incorporated (WPI or the Parent Company). WPI is 46%-owned by the The Wellex Group, Inc. and is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.

As at December 31, 2020, the Company has not yer started its commercial operations.
