WATERFRONT INSULAR HOTEL DAVAO selected guests have been invited to an intimate luncheon on Monday, the 4th of July.
Café Uno, one of the hotel’s main restaurants, went Red, White, and Blue in celebration of American Independence and the Filipino-American Friendship Day. The menu featured an all-American buffet of famous recipes like Cajun Seafood, Chili Fries, Mac and Cheese with Truffles, Cowboy Ribs, and Corn Bread, and a bucketful of hot and spicy Buffalo Wings, to name a few.
Together with the celebration of the historic 4th of July, WIHD introduces its quarter-round American-themed lunch Buffet and other dining options for July to September. At La Parilla, one may savor a hearty and authentic hotpot Shabu Shabu meal daily from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, best enjoyed with a bowl of rice and five (5) other friends. At the Vinta Bar, a bucketful of Buffalo Wings is available every Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am, and a side feature of a Buffalo Bucket Challenge is offered between 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm; the person who gets to eat the most wings at the given time wins a prize. At Café Uno, guests may get 50% less with International Cuisine on Mondays, American American-themed lunch buffet on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Filipino cooking on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
